We want you to love your Mambobaby fashion; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Log into your Mambobaby account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
